Lokiapad, medicated sanitary napkins for post-delivery care and heavy menstrual discharge.

2.2. We currently ship products only within India. Please check our website for updated shipping information.

2.3. Accepted payment methods include credit and debit cards, UPI (Unified Payments Interface), net banking, and other online cash transaction methods. Cash on delivery is not available.

2.4. All orders are subject to availability. If a product becomes unavailable after you have placed an order, we will inform you and provide a suitable alternative if possible.

3. Returns and Refunds

At Shield Healthcare Private Limited, we are committed to delivering high-quality products to our valued customers. Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer returns or refunds. Due to health, hygienic and safety reasons, products which relate to personal hygiene and self care are non-returnable. Products that come in contact with the body cannot be returned – they are single use patient items. No hygiene product can be returned if the package has been opened as per our policy. However, we understand the importance of customer satisfaction and will gladly replace any product that has been damaged during transit. If you receive a damaged item, please contact our customer support team immediately with photographic evidence of the damage, and we will arrange for a replacement. We strive to ensure that your order reaches you in perfect condition and appreciate your understanding in this matter.

Returns and Replacements are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery of items. Returned items are subject to inspection.
