All product ordered through Lokiapad.com will be shipped only from our authorised Channel Partner(CP) – “M/s Hamsavahini Agencies”, Chennai. Currently our CP will be able to ship our product to all locations within India. Our CP partners with trusted courier companies to ensure timely delivery of your orders. The shipping time may vary depending on the location. Typically, our delivery time ranges between 3 to 10 business days within India. However, please note that unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters or other external factors, may occasionally cause delays beyond our control.

2. Order Processing:

Once your order is successfully placed and payment is confirmed, our team will process and prepare your shipment for dispatch. Order processing typically takes 1 to 2 business days. Please note that orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3. Shipment Tracking:

To keep you informed about the progress of your order, Our CP will provide you with a tracking number along with shipping details via WhatsApp/email and SMS once the shipment is dispatched. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status and location of your package. Please allow a few hours for the tracking information to become available after receiving the tracking number.

4. Delivery Attempts and Receiving Your Order:

Our shipping partners will make reasonable attempts to deliver your package to the provided shipping address. It is important to ensure that the provided address is accurate and complete. If the carrier is unable to deliver the package due to an incomplete or incorrect address, the package may be returned to us, and additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

Upon receiving your order, please carefully inspect the package for any signs of damage or tampering. If you notice any issues, please notify us immediately at the contact address provided and Our CP will work with you to resolve the matter.

6.Returns and Refunds:

At Shield Healthcare Private Limited, we are committed to delivering high-quality products to our valued customers. Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer returns or refunds. Due to health, hygienic and safety reasons, products which relate to personal hygiene and self care are non-returnable. Products that come in contact with the body cannot be returned – they are single use patient items. No hygiene product can be returned if the package has been opened as per our policy. However, we understand the importance of customer satisfaction and will gladly replace any product that has been damaged during transit. If you receive a damaged item, please contact our customer support team orders@lokiapad.com immediately with photographic evidence of the damage, and we will arrange for a replacement. We strive to ensure that your order reaches you in perfect condition and appreciate your understanding in this matter.

Returns and Replacements are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery of items. Returned items are subject to inspection.
